「廢話少講」Cut the crap
看西片時，經常聽見 “Cut the crap” 這句對白，意思是「有話直說，不必講廢話」，於是學生學了以為好型好cool。左一句 “Cut the crap”，右一句 “Cut the crap”，甚至考Oral時，聽到別人說了一些不中聽的話，也叫人 “Cut the crap”。

其實 “crap” 即垃圾，也指「糞便」與 “shit” 意義相近，除非對方是你「老死」或在非常隨便的場合，否則說 “Cut the crap” 實在非常粗鄙，不適宜用於考試這些正式場合。縱使要鬧人，也要較斯文，代替品有﹕

“Be precise, please.” (說得簡略一些吧。)

“I don't buy that.” (我不信這一套。)

“Please be explicit!” (說得直接些吧﹗)

“Let's get down to business.” (說回正經話吧﹗)

另外，crap其實可用作動詞，本來解「排泄糞便」，引伸義解「說廢話」，類似廣東話的「放屁」，另外crap也可用作動詞：

e.g.I don't want you to crap me. I want your honest opinion.
不要盡說廢話，我要你老實的意見。
Live and let live 你要活，別人也要活呀! Jeff:I just can’t bear the thought of same-sex marriage. It’s so weird to see a man kissing another man.

Jessica:Live and let live, ok?

Live and let live 是很文明的一句話。當別人的生活方式或觀點與自己的不一樣，有些人會覺得不可接受，於是便跟Jeff一樣說出一些專制的話來﹔Jessica說的Live and let live是指:「你自己按自己的旨意生活」(live)﹔「但亦請你讓人家生活」(let live)。

Live是生存、生活、活著的意思，而 “live a lie” 則是活在謊言裡的意思﹕ I knew I didn’t love my husband, but when I married him I thought I could stay with him forever. Now I’ve come to realize I just can’t live a lie.

最後一句是美國著名鄉村歌女歌手Carrie Underwood的名曲的歌名，中文有人譯作「我已不能自己騙自己」。

Crap是俚語「廢話、垃圾、糟糕」的意思。Cut the crap 是「不要說廢話了」，You’re talking a load of crap! 是英式「你這是一派胡言」，What a bunch of crap! 是美式「真是廢話連篇」，Peter’s full of crap是「彼得廢話連篇」，The concert was a crap是「那音樂會很糟糕」，A crap band 是「很差勁的樂隊」。

它也是「糞便」的意思， to have/take a crap 是「拉屎」的意思。

學英語難，用英語來吵架就更難了。畢竟我們從書本上學到的都是各種閱讀文段、名言警句什麼的，老師也教我們不要說髒話，要做好學生。但是假如有一天你身在國外、真的和人家吵起來的話，就會發現我今天這一課有多重要了。現在，我們一起來看一些文雅一點的罵人和吵架的方式吧。
1. I'm so fed up with your BS. Cut the crap.
我受夠了你的廢話。少說廢話吧。
也許你經常在一些美國電影中聽到「shit」這個詞，自己也就拿來用了。這裡要提醒大家，這是個非常非常不雅的詞，千萬不要再把它掛在嘴邊了！男人可能會不在乎被人怎麼看（反正他們講的髒話也夠多了）。女人們實在要表達相似意思的時候應該說 shoot或是BS(=Bull shit) ，不過這也是非常粗魯的話，所以，除了生氣罵人還是不要用的好。「Cut your crap.」是當你聽到對方廢話連篇、講個不停時說的話，相當於漢語裡的「少說廢話」。
2. Hey! Wise up!
放聰明點好嗎?
有人做了蠢事的時候，你可以說Don't be stupid或是Don't be silly。但這兩個詞可是一點都不禮貌。比較客氣一點的說法是「Wise up!」它就相當於漢語裡的「放聰明點」。當然，你也可以用堅酸刻薄的語氣，說：Wise up, please. 然後故意把 please 的尾音拉得長長的，很有效果吧！
3. Put up or shut up.
要麼你就去做，不然就給我閉嘴。
有些人就是愛說，別人做什麼事他都要發表點意見，真要讓他做什麼，他卻不肯。這時你就可以說 Put up or shut up。要注意的是，put up的意思是「自己去做」，這個在字典上是查不到的。
4. You eat with that mouth?你是用這張嘴吃飯的嗎?
別人對你說髒話時，你就可以回敬他這一句，意思就是「你的嘴那麼髒，你還用這張嘴吃飯」。還有一種說法就是「You kiss your Momma with that mouth?」就是說「你也是用這張髒嘴親你媽媽的嗎?」記得下次如果有老外對你說髒話，不要再用fuck，shit什麼的。要體現我們泱泱大國的風度，一句「You eat with that mouth?」就扯平了。
5. You are dead meat.
你完蛋了。
「你完蛋了」可以說「You are dead.」 或是「You are dead meat.」比如說你跟別人說過不要用你的東西，但有人就是老愛用你的東西。被你抓到的時候，你就可以說「You are dead meat.」
6. Don't you dare! / How dare you!
你好大的膽子啊！
英語裡說「你好大的膽子」就可以用上面兩句話。比如說小孩子很調皮，又不聽話，父母就會說「Don't you dare!」那意思就是這個小孩要當心點，不然就要挨打了。
7. Don't push me around.
不要擺佈我。
push around直譯就是「推來推去」，「擺佈」也差不多是這個樣子。如果有人指揮你一下做這個一下作那個，你就可以用這一句「Hey! Don't push me around.」這句話也可以單講「Don't push me.」或「Don't push me any further.」還有一個和push 有關的成語，是 push the button，是「指使，操縱」的意思。比如：「I know why you are doing this. Someone is pushing your button!」
8. You want to step outside? / You want to take this outside?
你想要外面解決嗎?
如果兩個人一言不合吵起來了，可能其中一個人就要說這一句了，意思就是「要不要出去打架」。還有一些類似的用法，比如「Do you want to pick a fight?你要挑起爭端嗎?」 還有 「This means war. 這就意味著跟我宣戰。」　
9. You and what army? / You and who else?
你和哪一路人馬?
要是有人跟你說「Do you want to step outside?」, 這就是回答他的話啦！意思就是說「你找了多少人要來打架啊?」還有一句類似的話，叫「Who's side are you on?」這就是在快要打架時，你問旁邊的人「你到底是站在哪一邊的?」
講了這麼多吵架的話，我心底裡還是希望大家用不上的好，畢竟和為貴嘛！
雖然吵架這種行為很粗魯，粗口也很難聽，尤其是美眉講粗口還會破壞形象，但在某些情況下，不還口是不行的。難免有一天我們會遇上與老外吵架的情形，所以吵架用語我們也得儲備一下，以備不時之需。

 Done：完蛋了
大家對＂done＂單詞一定都不陌生吧．沒錯，＂done＂是動詞"do"的完成時，但是你是否知道 "done" 還可以用做副詞，還有一個非常好用的表達法 "be done for"?
首先來介紹"be done for"這個片語。
「Be done for" 的意思是「完蛋了，不行了，累死了」。
例如：
1. If Jim fails this test, he is done for.
要是吉姆這次考試不及格，他就完了。
2. I』m afraid these shoes are done for; throw them away.
恐怕這些鞋不行了，扔掉吧。
3．At the end of a long day』s hard work I』m just about done for.
苦幹一整天下來，我幾乎累垮了。
介紹過詞組後，我們再來介紹done做副詞的用法．
"done"做副詞表示「已經」，這個用法出現在美國南部黑人的口語中較多。
例如，當你想表達一個人已經逃跑了的時候，你可以說：That guy done run away!

很多人一生氣,所有的英文都忘光了,平常英文就說不出口,更何況是吵架,所以滿腦子浮現的都是髒話,這是很不好的。有人很絕,英文罵不過人家就用中文,反正對方聽不聽得懂都無所謂,重要的是讓他知道你很兇,你正在罵他就行了。現在讓我們來看看一些比較文雅的方式：

美國的女人是不喜歡說shit這個不雅的字的,所以她們就說shoot,或是BS（=Bull shit）來表示她們還是很有氣質的. "Cut your crap."是當你聽到對方廢話連篇,講個不停時,你就可以說, "Cut the crap."相當於中文裡的少廢話.

要注意的是，Put up字典上查不到「自己去做」的意思,但見怪不怪,很多口語都是字典上查不到的。這句話也讓人想到一句成語：walk the walk, talk the talk,即說到做到,有點像是中文裡的言行一致,或是只說：walk the talk也可以。

通常當我講這句話時，我還會想到一個字「bossy」，像是老闆一樣,喜歡指揮別人。如：「You are so bossy. I don』t like that.」這句話也可以單講,「Don』t push me.」或「Don』t push me any further.」還有一句跟push有關的成語：push the button,指使,操縱。如：「I know why you are doing this, someone is pushing your button!」
